The well priced ones are all starting to have multible offers on them..., depending on where your looking. Closing escrow on Short sales are now possiblity. In the past short sales have almost never been worth looking at, That has changed!!! |

Market Updates! |
News: Interest rates are still boncing up and down! The rest of the story is about the same as last month -The market has picked again, a little. This seems to be the trend. Again if the negative news slows the market will pick up even more. Losses in home values should level off shortly with condo prices and outlining counties to follow (maybe 4 months later). That's still my guess.
There are some Great Buys still on the market Right Now and it's still a Buyer's Market!
But I am not sure how much longer these deals will last... I think most short sales and then the forclosures will start to disappear soon.
